How KT-B80 biological incubators work
Turn on KT-B80 incubator switch, the system will automatically preheat to 56°C, and the preheating time is about 10 minutes. An alarm sound indicates that the preheating is finished.Then the device will automatically start a 48-hour countdown, and at this time, put the bilological indicator into the culture well. After 48 hours, a beep will prompt the end of the culture. Take out the cultured reagent and observe the color change to judge the sterilization effect.
Note：The incubation temperature of ethylene oxide sterilization biological indicator is 37 degrees for 48 hours, and the incubation temperature of the equipment can be adjusted by itself.
