Incubator shaker principle

The shaker is mainly composed of a group of driving mechanisms and a control system. The speed is adjusted by adjusting the knob on the panel, the voltage is set, and the power supply voltage of the driving device is changed through the control of the PID closed-loop adjustment system, thereby changing the output speed of the motor. The mechanism pulls the shaker to perform turnover motion at the set speed. The orbital shakers’ mechanism involves a motor attached to a platform that holds the vessels as thakes to blend, agitate, or mix substances in the vessels.
